Free Services

Free assessments and quizzes are provided as-is. We make good-faith efforts to provide accurate and useful guidance, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing our recommendations. Results vary based on individual business circumstances and implementation effort.

Paid Services

For paid assessments and implementation services:

• Fees are as quoted at the time of engagement and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to review applications and accept or decline assessment bookings at our discretion.
• Timelines are estimates and depend on timely cooperation, information provision, and decision-making from the client.
• The client is responsible for any third-party tool licenses, software subscriptions, or infrastructure costs associated with recommended implementations.
